I was fortunate to stumble across VR1 a few months back in early June. Back then, it was trading with a 2 at the front. Today, it traded mostly at and then closed with a 6 at the front. I feel fortunate to have added to my holdings again today when my top up order was filled at 5.9. Based on my chart below, I have massive confidence that 5.8/5.9 is the lowest we will see VR1 trade again. Interest levels have increased dramatically over the time Ive been watching. You can see from the chart that each time the volume drops off, the price falls slightly and when it touches or gets close to the trend line, it bounces again. Admittedly I have traded it a few times & generally done ok, but I strongly believe best not risk it any longer & instead just hold and wait. It is my expectation by this time next week we will have reached yet another 52 week high and likely continue in the weeks & months ahead in the same direction as revenue from market interest grows. The direction focussing on S.A.A.S. model interests me greatly & I look forward to watching this recurring revenue subscription service grow as they have suggested.
In addition to Mondays positive Announcement, the zoom interview with Gianmarco was extremely informative and encouraging as a holder. You could tell he wanted to share so much more information on multiple current avenues of progress and collaboration, but being the professional that he is, kept them to himself until such a time as they are ready to share with us all via the ASX.
A few things that stood out to me that he did mention are…
- The potential speed advantage 5G network brings in relation to online collaboration needed for Vections target 3D/AR/VR users.
- The surprising fact that with such a substantial increase in cash receivables, only approx 5% was related to Mindesk. This shows me Frame S & Trainer Creator are really having a major impact & starting to get traction which again is especially promising since promotion has really only begun in recent months.
- A reminder of how little (just 26% of all shares on issue) are available to retail as rest are in tight hands of directors, institutional & industry aligned investors (such as the Italian government, HTC Vive X, Promoglio SGR & A11 Venture, JMC).
- Expectation of market update on Frame S in next 30 – 60 days
- Expectation of market updates on Solidworks, eHealth & expansion in US & Australia/NZ.
- Market update on confirmation of the expected government nil interest loan of up to $2 Million in the next 30 days (which will further increase cash position & minimise need for any future shareholder dilution).
Its just a reminder to me how much more there is to Vection Technologies than just a single target market. Unlike ‘competitors’ they are not focussed on 1 particular area. There seems no boundaries with what areas their technology can assist in. They are working with clients and world renowned partners such as HTC, nVidia, HP, Logitech, Dell (via JMC), Bi-rex, Siemens, Solidworks, Muner, VW, Volvo, Armani, Oculus, Epic Games etc. All who obviously recognise the potential in both the products & the potential markets VR1 have already identified (& likely others we don’t even know about yet). Vection is at the foundation with these other industry pioneers in a space that although didn’t exist until recently, is fast expanding across the globe and is not going away anytime soon.
As you can tell, Im so excited to be in this so early. Remember they are currently still only a $50 Million m/cap which I think is miniscule particularly when you look at all that VR1 can offer & the industry associates who are working with them to develop the space. The tweet last week by Mark Zuckerbergs only brings recognition to & confidence in how important the 3D / VR / AR future will be. All the best holders.
