taking everything into perspective and how much retail stocks have been smashed today, ax1 ain't doing too bad. Still better than a couple of weeks ago, just staying within the 1.6-1.7 mark. I was hoping it would be down to 1.5 for some more top up. The fact is, rents will be cheaper and online sales will be up. All things equal, this means more profit and cashflow in the future.
