Trading on a forecast yield of 8.87% with dividends increasing year on year for the last 3 financial years.
Ridiculously cheap valuation.
With income funds struggling to find dividend / yield plays I can't understand that AX1 is capped at these levels. IMO AX1 moves up to the $1.80 - $1.90 range near term.
