I haven't looked into Adairs (ADH) but should have. Thanks. AZJ has too many issues outstanding for me at the moment and from railway circles, I hear they are relinquishing some coal routes in NSW and taking on others. Of course, that's small bikkies compared to QLD operations. I don't touch real estate in the share market and I do look for a track record of returns/dividends from my investments, rather than just growth. I see that OPT has announced a US IPO, or at least an intention of one. I hope you don't get diluted.
