CLW is real estate but is into Long term government offices leasing. I don't like real estate but CLW did stand out for me as you growth their gearing ratio and their FY21 forecast and their will start expiring in 2031 onwards. So good stock look into this if you want IMO DYOR.
OPT - I bought it when it was $1.75 and with exit point.
