@Nige456, what do you mean by "there wont be any equity raising support either". Do you mean the market isn't capitalised enough to support a REIT equity raising, or that there is no management support internally for an equity raising? And either way how do you know this?
JP Morgan released a note last week that they believe REIT incomes tom fall 25 - 40%. I don't have a copy of this actual note so am unsure if this refers to FY20 income, or what.
