Flyers Creek did have an increase in turbine & tower size approved in 2019 from the 2014 application... increased blades by 14m (to 70m) and tower by 10m (to 170m) & was said to increase production by 20%... interesting to see that there were 57 objections then and one of the complaints was in regards to flickering of blades from sun during certain times of day/year... to which landscaping will help remedy.

But agree as you have mentioned, the Haliade X increase production by such a magnitude it is hard to consider alternatives... would certainly raise some additional planning steps to please the neighbors impacted by the installations.

I would like to see some progress and soil turning really begin - what if the delay in announcing capital lite or funded for this project is due to them constantly revisiting how much better the latest tech is compared to currently approved.... the project will never begin

We have surplus firming to generation now... I want to see more generation (lite or financed) to take us up to the next notch.

    So many opportunities
