Edit: Just found the other report titled: Appendix 4D and FY20 Interim Financial Report... it includes the detail you are referring to... the above presentation - has nothing on future developments or how they are being funded.

While the report you are mentioning does mention Flyers... it still shows that they are not in a position to say how its development is being funded - just that it is highest near term priority. I had been hoping that it would be announced/confirmed... or at least a timeframe to decision.
