What a share price does from day to day is anyone’s guess.
A private wheel company I am familiar with, although not the same product and probably more of a luxury item, has had their best monthly sales over the last few months even with all the turmoil. A trailer parts company also the same.
Given the lingering Covid conditions I am hoping this industry, similar to those, has some tailwinds even over the short term with people holidaying and tinkering locally.
The acquisition needs to be smooth and monitored but looking at the recent presentation these guys aren’t to worried about pretty PowerPoint slides which I like. Seems like a family run business who look after their employees as evidenced by the gift of shares to their employees.
