I share this concern. We received an email at work only yesterday saying that we had used our data limit for the month - so we all stop using the product and jump across to Google Earth for our mapping and imagery needs - it’s often good enough. Plenty of government departments will not take out subscriptions for this reason, and I am certain this is costing NEA a small fortune in lost revenue and reduced exposure to 1000’s of customers. They are charging a premium but limiting uptake in the process.
