Unlikely. I mean, they might - as they did last time when they were increasing capacity (1 for 50 from memory). But they have $4m in receivables, receivnig Jobkeeper and even with that cash balance, have exported another 48T or so to their warehouse since 30 June. Should they need additional funding, Lev will fund it - as they've hinted in the report.
On a completely separate note - there was a session about topical drug treatment where FDA absorption results were discussed (see here: https://cersi.umd.edu/july2020-topical-drug-development). The messaging is quite clear - absorption rates are quite high, but we assume products are safe until we look into side effects of absorption.
Here's one of the slides - the grey areas indicating when sunscreen was applied.
We can only speculate as to the impacts of high absorption, but this article alludes to some possible side effects based on mice:

It's far from a certainty, but this could have big impacts. Especially since the FDA must make a ruling on these ingredients within 18mths of the CARES act being passed (with another year before its effective):https://www.morganlewis.com/pubs/cares-act-provisions-impact-drug-device-and-food-manufacturers-and-suppliers
"FDA shall revise and amend the existing final monograph for sunscreen products as a proposed Administrative Order within 18 months of the passage of the CARES Act, and after finalization, shall provide at least one year before the order becomes effective. If FDA proposes to omit any presently available SPF levels or dosage forms, FDA shall submit a report to Congress with its rationale and a plan and timeline to address them."
