    Distributor is holding stock. Manufacturer stopped making sunscreen. Distributor didn't sell stock yet.

    Imagine it as ANO holding the inventory instead. It's basically the same thing.

    Unless sunscreen manufacture isn't restarted, this inventory will be used and receivable paid.
