Who are you talking about specifically? Truck drivers? Administrators? Labourers? All of these people work for either a salary or hourly rate.
Plus, anyone who signs up for a position at the top is walking into a position that has huge bragging rights to SP growth given where their predecessors have left it. Plus if it fails, they can blame their predecessors. Win Win.

All the metrics that crashed the SP have now reversed. This baby's gonna fly, inside and out.
