I don't really understand why the share price is holding up so well. My takeaways: - I don't buy "temporarily impacted by China channel mix dynamics". There has to me more to it than "challenging international logistics". - Just like I didn't buy Kristy's suggestion in the Q3 investor call that increased sales were ongoing and not as a result of pantry stocking. Turns out they were, and she also then sold shares. - No mention now of "corporate daigou". The whole industry has seen daigou fall off a cliff and it's going to be an ongoing issue in the near to medium term. - $3m marketing for $17m sales... - new products when they can't even make their existing products profitable - what sort of cash drain from here? - still a $500m market cap - wow!
I was expecting 80c-90c today after the announcements so I'm suprised, but I still expect 80c within a month. A growth stock with very limited growth.
