What helps CQE is that they have concentrated their centres in higher socioeconomic areas that are less likely to suffer from declining attendances. Also the declines in residential real estate prices are likely to concentrated in high density units and Child mining centres need special planning approvals which may insulate them to some extent.
Also the management seem to have done a very good job of handling a difficult situation as they have in previous situations. This one of the reasons I have been a long term holder back to the AEU days. Just hope it says that way.
