Wouldn’t this be a sign, like I’m not expert but have definitely seen the trends of companies share price being manipulated (ie sold into regularly) this usually means someone is buying up substantially, and little sells into the bids gets those with shaky hands to sell into their much bigger buy offers.
This is usually the case for companies with smaller volumes, like this one, you can’t buy substantially without severely affecting share price, and you don’t want share price to go up while you’re accumulating your position.
Just my opinion based on things I’ve seen/learnt over the years.
