One expects the lack of forward growth expectations and in my eyes somewhat like the CL1 ipo BVS has/is possible reaching the end of switch growth for its Sonata product. It has had some great growth pre IPO and since IPO but it can only go for so long.....CL1 hit the growth cliff a little while after IPO along with management sell downs so ones needs to be careful about ongoing growth of its core product as like CL1 it had to make acquisitions / other avenues to keep growth happening.
