So they listened to last years AGM complaints about the pay and have instigated a new ROE Gate: EPS must be at least 0.5 cents per share in the final year of the 3-year measurement period for the LTI. I realize there are many other aspects but bottom line, it appears on the surface, that full bonuses could be available while only deliver an EPS of .5 cents in 3 years ? Any comments.
