My glance at the charts (I am not a TA guy) suggests RIC has just performed a triple bottom at ten year lows. I know of no more bullish setting than this.
I have built an entire position at ~68.5c, save a parcel at 1.14 which I will ditch later.
On fundamentals, RIC has invested heavily in new feed mills ahead of future opportunity. The write down of Novacq and intangibles is merely the action of a new CEO clearing the decks. Yes, the slow progress developing Novacq is a concern, yet the positive business case for it remains intact.
I expect our dull little feed company to produce out-size returns.
