ING has its own feedmills, they are vertically integrated. To my knowledge they are not RIC customers. Sure there is reduced economic capacity in Victoria but that doesn't mean people and animals stop eating.
You might see some minor drop in poultry consumption, but this isn't angus beef we are talking about. It is the cheaper end of the meat supply so has more robust demand.
