It’s not management that the problem. Far from it. Pippa has been a tremendous asset to the company. It’s the board I worry about. A conflicted chairman and the founder and his son who TBH add absolutely NO value to the shareholders. The conflicted chairman I can live with if they get rid of MM (which sounds like it may happen) but the other two are about as useful as a fart in a space suit.
Thank god we’ve got Gibbons and Ostin as true non executive directors.
