I like the company, but not enough. The substantial increase in goodwill on the balance sheet really concerns me. History shows that 90% of companies writes this down, and (my figures) show this usually happens with 2-4 years of the acquisition for businesses that are heavily cashflow dependent.
I really want to buy them, but the balance sheet is just too bloated with non tangible assets. Consider what happens when this gets written down, as will happen.
