They have taken up the ASSB 19 accounting for leases. The Lease Liability of $320m is offset by the Right of use asset of $345.
The reality the balance sheet looks pretty good. $112m in cash and $363m in Debt.
Unless the business deteriorates further they are well placed and will continue to be so as they drive better utilisation of existing assets and smaller competitors go to the wall.
