The way I see it the market pretty much knows what will be in this report - so any downside would be very surprising and unlikely.
If, however, there is anything announced that the market doesn't know - which would not be surprising - I expect it will be good and cause some upward movement to a new "base" level.
If you draw a line from where the share price is, to where its heading, it has to take some upward steps at some point
..
