I think that it is unlikely. CBs and governments have demonstrated that they are willing to inject as much cash as necessary to keep big business alive. So long as markets believe this will continue, though we may go lower than this again, it seems unlikely that we would return to the levels we were at before the scale of supporting interventions were known.
