actually ill go as far to say this also.. cant do any harm..

i spoke to the staff member at INT 2mths ago that was doing this task of managing website email enquiries cos urself highlanda and a few others mentioned to me back then also they werent getting responses to email enquiries..

i found out from the gal there that she was instructed to distribute those emails to appropriate person. at time of my call it was the trialled outsourced investor relations guy and it appears he did not last long nor responded to ppls email she forwarded to him.

i told the INT gal that if she passes on ur email enquiry to any other INT staff member she should at least send u courtesy email naming who she directed u to for enquirers peace of mind and for INT..monitoring on their side to make sure whoever was responsible for responding to u wasnt slack..

i was assured by the gal she thought that was great idea and would incorporate that in her process.

so highlanda.. i gather u did not even get courtesy email reply?

hope someone reading from the top of the food chain sorts this out asap..its long overdue..
