Regarding the 'Notice of Meeting' can anyone please explain why ;
1/ Non-executive Directors fees should rise from $300,000 to $600,000
2/ Anyone should get performance rights.
3/ Long term incentive plan.
Looking at the share price over the last year there is no reason whatever for either and I'd say that keeping their jobs [huge salaries] would be more than enough. Greed,greed sheer unmitigated greed.
As for the Consolidation,I've been involved in five of these and in EVERY case the SP fell significantly..
