My experience as well. Share consolidation is all about "tarting up" a sick share price. Just makes a bigger hole to fall into, from my experience. They are trying to mitigate this by announcing a divvy and expectation of future div pay out ratios. Of course this is all very dependent on the POG and with interest rates rising sometime in the near to medium term, golds best days are behind it for the foreseeable future, as far as I can tell.
