It should be noted that the majority of the debt that DDR holds in a receivables facility, not a traditional bank loan.
Current receivables covered the receivables facility ~1.8times (164/90), its inventory level was also 1.3times the level of debt. This would indicate that the level of the facility is not too high.
In the event that DDR would need to need to repay the entire $90 million loan in a very short period, I don't think it would have any problem doing so. DDR has to option to discount inventory or offering discounts on its receivables or a combination of both.
