It would still be higher than my comfort zone, thats still a level of debt that would normally exc;use a company from my watch list - in DDR's case the other metrics and my personal knowledge of the sector (I run an IT company), mean I can tolerate it!

I too like the size of the dividend, but is it really the best way to use the profit?
