This company has been on my watch list for some time and the SP is approaching a level at which I would be comfortable to buy in. I am happy with the dividend and I see from the presentation that DRP is to operate in 2016. This would allow some reduction in the core debt over time. I am also content with the receivables financing (many thanks to those above that provided the info). My concerns are 1. Is there a succession plan in place if Mr Dicker were to move on, and 2. I note that the company, in my opinion, is quite illiquid - the two founders hold 72% of the shares with a free float of only 28%.
My questions to HC posters are - Does anyone have a sufficiently intimate knowledge of the company to make an informed suggestion as to what might be planned in relation to succession (or indeed if there is a succession plan at all)? Also, does the extent of the illiquidity make the prospect of significant SP growth unrealistic? Any thoughts on these issues would be appreciated.
