Hi guys DDR caught my attention with the big and very substantive director buys (certainly a big tick in my books).
What I am looking into at the moment is the operating cashflow (in particular the big working capital uptick - supposedly due to DDR taking advantage of some good vendor deals in December 2015). Does anybody have any more colour on this ? Because it looks like DDR generated no operating cashflow last year which combined with the debt load as well as the thin margins concerns me a bit.
