I still think the debt is too high and paying such a strong dividend in those circumstances is not the best capital management. I have held off from adding to my holding this year because of those concerns.
I also emailed the company about my concerns and asking for a brief summary of their plans for dealing with the debt in the longer term. They didnt bother replying.
The debt, tiny margins, and no competitive advantage have combined to make me reconsider my position.
