    Interesting! I did just that today, had an order from a client for new computers so signed up as a reseller with DDR.

    Wish I hadn't!

    Their prices are in the range of 25-30% more than Ingram Micro for the same hardware across a range of brands, their reseller portal is horrible, wholesale and retail prices all in ex-gst so I have to calculate GST inclusive prices to work out my margins and what the RRP is for invoices - all that is displayed on Ingram's portal.

    It's a bit like Fisher's 'scuttlebutt' - now I know how the company operates I want to sell!!

    Obviously the massively higher margins are great for the shareholders, but how sustainable are they?? Why does any company use them as a distro?
