    I don't suppose by any chance they explained how they were better??

    I have to say I am confused by your experience, not because they are apparently worse than Ingram - I've no idea about either, not being involved in this business - but how they continue to rack up profits and hold up market share if they are indeed worse. Confusing. There has to be something else in it. Perhaps IM have increased competitiveness only recently?
