If they can get the legally binding options sorted out, whatever is going on with them, will buy 6 months or so. Unfortunately court cases don't tend to come quickly so scare of another CR in the short term. Was disappointing to see the levels of Debt that Mach 7 brought into the company. That's going to delay them becoming fast flow positive. May be why they said 12-18 months for profitability.
