Coliseum are a supporting major shareholder, I don't think there will be another T/O bid, they are using their contacts and expertise to increase the value and management of PGR. The latest director appointment is an example of their input and I also thing the divestment of Metallicus was a push from them via the LEK analysis.
PGR now has access to the USA market and this is definitely Coliseum input.
