Sounds like they are doing all the right things but there is not a lot of director ownership. The 1m shares that were purchased recently by MD Paul Maguire was a good sign but he is now leaving. I understand he is keeping his shares, but to be frank I am not prepared to risk my money if management do not have their own hard earned cash on the line too. Also why would you leave a company when it is just about to turn around, doesn't make sense. Happy to be corrected if I am missing something.
