Valid points there Brad J, the MD may have left though as he is happy with his shares so has exposure to the upside and is just old and done, although he doesn't look THAT old based on his pics.
He may have been pushed out but it does not mean it is a bad thing either, could as easily be a plus to have new direction. after all he did see the company perform poorly from 2009 until now!
