    Totally agree VC, Maguire's performance has been patchy at best, albeit has done a much better job in the last 2 years in rectifying some earlier blunders. He also said in the conference call yesterday that "he was not the best guy for the job going forward". I am hoping he is a better investor than CEO!!!
