Sorry but do you know how shares work? If EXL was to be compared with CAN based on MC (CAN currently $315 million). Their share price would be $12.60. You realise every company has different amounts of shares. EXLs current MC is $39 mil.. in my opinion this is low when taking into consideration their current operations and future plans.
Also i dont know where you get your 'FACTS' from but HFA hemp seeds are grown IN AUSTRALIA. Not China.
