Right with you Hanabi; a strange decision in a way. If they'd simply thrown more capital at it by acquiring another small player so that they had scale, they would be printing money. It simply looked to be a load growth issue. The one upside is the amount of money they received for the residential sale process a while ago - this much contracted forward load should be worth at least what they have lost so far.

Looks like we are pinning our hopes on energy solutions; which I'm not sure how I feel about.
