I think the answer to this question is "no". While I appreciate @5hareholder's analysis, the only true comparison in that table is to RHP, all of the other companies own their proprietary software, JCS and RHP are distributors of others.
That said, I think the ceiling for a business like JCS is much higher than the current market cap, possibly as much as 20x larger if they execute right.
