Could those with more knowledge of the Nearmap business model...

Could those with more knowledge of the Nearmap business model tell us:

1. Can you access all applications with an "annual Nearmap subscription fee" as mentioned by hendot? or
2. Do "you pay as you move around the images", as mentioned by gosouth? or
3. Is it some combination of the two? If so, what would be a typical split between annual payment and pay as you go?
