It may well of already been a Hold but I have quoted their article accurately with regard downgrade to Hold which was mentioned twice.
For example:

•Buy price lowered. Downgraded to HOLD
And from the summery:
..we're reducing our Buy price from $1.80 to $1.60 to allow for a greater margin of safety and that means a downgrade to HOLD.
