A lacklustre set of numbers.
Confirmation on the call that with regards the disputed component of a FAA support contract, the judge has dismissed the ADA claim. The company still has roughly 30 days to appeal.
I am appalled this adverse finding was not included in the results lodged on the ASX.
Need more time to consider but thinking of selling based on a lack of trust in management.
