I ve Looked into management shareholding buying/selling and realized that the two top SP holders from management, the founder is one of them have sold last year a substantial amount of shares.
doesn't look good in my view, also couldn't get a clear view on the outlook, I have sold out of my smallholding, if conditions improve may come back.
DIV is high nevertheless, may tempt few holders or new entrants.
