for me it's the uncertainty of ADACEL ability to grow, it seems to be very competitive and earnings on SYSTEMS are lumpy and unpredictable.
I have only been in for short while but the general feel i get of the company is lack of excitement and enthusiasm, more like a dying tree. maybe needs new blood
