No obligation to run the SPP. They have stated "IF" they run it, price will be as per the original conditions (approx. $23). It would be oversubscribed and scaled back. Personally, I would tend to think that it may not happen - hope it does though, significant gain (20% gain as at today) for low immediate risk if it does happen.
