"Burying announcements after closing is a hack move that fools no one."
I tend to agree. I owned these guys for some time and sold them immediately after they released their Annual Report and Results Announcement after 7.00pm (2018), results that had contentious issues about their disagreement with the Federal Aviation Authority. I note that when new client contracts are signed (good news) the related announcements are always during business hours. Their issues with the FAA was why I sold, not because they announced after hours, but still not quite a fan of their timing.
